Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned

 custom products (such as special orders or personalized items),

  • Any opened products 
  • Opened or used skincare, haircare, or self-care products
  • Perfumes, fragrances, and deodorant. Once the seal has been broken
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

Return Window

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: To start the return process, please email us at Contact@avwarm.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the item.
  2. Return Authorization: After receiving your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
  3. Package the Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging, including any seals, tags, and receipts. If the item is damaged or defective, please take clear photos and send them along with your return request.
  4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, our error, or if the product’s page specifies that returns are free.
  5. Processing Your Return: Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately (within days of receiving your order). Send us an email with photos of the item(s) and the damage.
  • We will gladly send you a replacement or issue a full refund for the item(s) at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

  • We’re happy to offer exchanges if you need a different product, shape, or size (subject to availability). Please follow the same return process and specify the exchange request when you contact us.
  • If you are exchanging for a different product, please note that the returned item must meet the return conditions (unopened and unused).

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Within 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.

Processing Time

  • if the item is approved for return, You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days., You’ll receive a notification regarding your refund or exchange status.
